Wow, what a nice place, cozy, but more on the poutine, there are 14 different types of cheese, 7 different sauces, 8 types of meat and 6 different vegetables to choose from and now the best part is three sizes to choose also. I had the maple and onions cheese, pulled pork and bacon, onion and for the sauce la P'tite Douceur (maple pepper) very mild but wow... Recommended

It is the reference par excellence for poutine from Beauce, poutine d'or Ste-Marie is truly an institution for poutine in Quebec. The number of sauces and cheese curds available on the menu is just unimaginable, it's incredible! I was treated to a large, generous portion for my part and it is definitely a gourmet stop in Chaudière-Appalaches that I recommend to all poutine lovers across Quebec! Well done Ste-Marie poutine d’or! 5 stars!
